3 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard C.J. McCollum has cleared the league's health and safety protocols. That being said, McCollum is allowed to return on Tuesday after missing each of the last two games. This is good news for the Pelicans as they'll need McCollum against a tough Phoenix Suns roster. Devonte' Graham should shift back to the bench and won't have as much streaming appeal. Fantasy managers should expect McCollum to slide into the starting five and be the focal point on offense.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
