3 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Gary Trent Jr. (toe) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Bulls. Trent scuffled mightily from the field Sunday, shooting 2-for-13 overall. His absence paves the way for potentially Yuta Watanabe or Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk to step into elevated minutes, as the Raptors remain thin in the backcourt. In the midst of a breakout campaign, Trent has been an especially confounding DFS option over his past six games, in which his scoring totals have been: 42, eight, 28, seven, 23, and nine, respectively. His next chance to take the floor comes Thursday vs. Cleveland.--Jesse Borek
