3 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic once again put forth an MVP effort during Tuesday's win over the Clippers, compiling 30 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, three blocks, and two steals. After his MVP campaign in 2020-21, Jokic has picked up right where he left off, although his 13.6 boards per game average far and away exceeds his mark from last year (10.8), in addition to shooting 57.1 percent from the field. Denver's offense continues to run through Jokic on a nightly basis, with his fantasy value remaining arguably the highest in the league while Jamal Murray (knee) and Michael Porter Jr. (back) are sidelined. He next takes the floor Thursday against a Suns team he last faced on Opening Night, where he compiled 27 points and 13 rebounds.--Jesse Borek
