3 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point/shooting guard De'Anthony Melton dropped a team-high 24 points off the bench during Saturday's win over Milwaukee. Without Ja Morant (knee) available, the Grizzlies have been scoring by committee, with Melton taking the onus Saturday while tying his career high with six made threes. It was a night of all-around production for the fourth-year guard, who compiled three rebounds, three steals, and two assists across his 22 minutes. Melton has averaged 20.5 points and 5.3 made threes over his last four games, pushing him into short-term season-long consideration while Morant is sidelined. He faces a tougher task Monday against Golden State, but Melton's ceiling remains high.--Jesse Borek
