3 years agoNew York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Nets. Robinson, who logged his 20th double-double of the season last time out, was expected to matchup with Brooklyn big man Andre Drummond, who now stands to draw an advantage against rookie Jericho Sims. With Julius Randle (quad) already out for the year, Taj Gibson will now play an even larger frontcourt role. Robinson's next opportunity to suit up comes Friday vs. Washington, whom he logged a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double against back on March 18.--Jesse Borek
