3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid was virtually unguardable during Saturday's win over Indiana, as he compiled 41 points on 14-for-17 shooting, adding a season-best 20 boards for good measure. The last time that Embiid logged a 20-rebound performance came on Aug. 1, 2020, also against the Pacers. With the opposition severely limited in the frontcourt, Embiid feasted en route to his 11th consecutive double-double. He tied a knot on yet another elite fantasy outing by adding in four assists, two steals, and two made triples across his 37 minutes. Sunday's contest vs. the Pistons will mark his regular-season finale, and with Philly's playoff outlook not yet sewn up, their MVP candidate may be asked to deliver one last top-tier effort.--Jesse Borek
