3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns (rest) will be held out of Sunday's game vs. Chicago as the team attempts to keep him fresh for Tuesday's play-in game against LA. Towns finishes the 2021-22 regular season having averaged 24.2 points, 9.6 boards and 3.6 assists, all while shooting 52.9% overall, including 41% from long range. His absence will give Naz Reid a chance to shine Sunday, in addition to making him one of the premier DFS assets on the slate. Towns can be considered a full-go for Tuesday when he faces the Clippers, who held him to a season-low eight points the last time they met Nov. 13.--Jesse Borek
