3 years agoMiami Heat center Bam Adebayo was unable to take the floor for Wednesday's practice as he remains in the league's health and safety protocols. Adebayo missed the regular season finale due to the protocols and will need to be cleared in order to suit up for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference playoffs Sunday. If Adebayo is ultimately unavailable, Miami has a few different ways it could go: P.J. Tucker could serve as a small-ball center for stretches, or Dewayne Dedmon and Omer Yurtseven could tackle center duties. Adebayo enjoyed a strong closing stretch to the season, shooting 61.8% from the field over his final 21 contests, having averaged 20 points and 9.5 boards in that stretch.--Jesse Borek
