The 26-year-old has compiled a 1.00 ERA, 0.78 WHIP, and 23.5% strikeout rate against the Tigers and the Rays. It is a small sample size and Kopech will likely have his innings monitored as the season progresses, but he looks to be continuing where he left off after a strong 2021 season.
