3 years agoBoston Celtics center Robert Williams III (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's contest vs. the Bucks, paving the way for Grant Williams to slide into the starting five. Williams III averaged just 23.7 minutes across the first three outings of the series, but he played an integral part in Boston's interior defense, averaging 2.7 blocks per contest. Williams averaged 10.6 points and 4.6 boards when elevated to the starting lineup during the regular season, having enjoyed a consistent role off the bench thus far against Milwaukee. Daniel Theis can also be expected to see an uptick in minutes with the Celtics thin in the frontcourt. Williams III's next chance to suit up comes Wednesday in Game 5.--Jesse Borek
