3 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic unsurprisingly served as the team's offensive focal point during Tuesday's defeat to the Suns. Doncic tied Devin Booker for a game-high 28 points, while the Mavs' star notched his third straight double-double by securing 11 rebounds. After slinging 11 assists in Game 4, the 23-year-old delivered a playoff career-low two assists, as Dallas shot just 38 percent overall and 25 percent from behind the arc. There's no question that Doncic's workload come Game 6 on Thursday will be immense, but the Suns' defense has proven to be stingy, even as the three-time All-Star has accrued 32 PPG thus far.--Jesse Borek
