Bobby Portis A Non-Factor In Loss To Boston
3 years agoMilwaukee Bucks forward Bobby Portis didn't have his best showing of the postseason during the loss to the Boston Celtics on Sunday, finishing with 10 points and six rebounds. He also added one steal and one block, although he logged just 22 minutes of work. Nonetheless, the 27-year-old filled in admirably for Brook Lopez during the regular season while the veteran was out due to back surgery, averaging 14.6 points and 9.1 rebounds throughout 72 appearances, with 59 of them as a starter. His future in Milwaukee is up the air, but he should continue to be a vital piece for any club in 2022-23, regardless of his role.
