3 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward/center Nicolas Claxton is coming off the best season of his young career. He finished the 2021-22 campaign by averaging 8.7 points, 5.6 boards, and 1.1 blocks. Still, with free agency on the horizon, the 23-year-old could find himself on another team this upcoming season. However, the Nets appear determined to match any offers for Claxton, who is a restricted free agent. While the former Georgia Bulldog hasn't been the most consistent option for Brooklyn, the team is still looking to keep him moving ahead, especially considering how much he's developed playing alongside Kevin Durant. Nonetheless, Claxton could see a regular role in the starting lineup this season, but for fantasy managers to benefit, he'll need to stay healthy, which has been a problem.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
