3 years agoNew York Yankees infielder DJ LeMahieu (wrist) remains out of the starting lineup for his fourth straight game on Friday against the Tampa Bay Rays. LeMahieu received a cortisone injection on Tuesday and should be considered day-to-day by fantasy managers. Hopefully, the 33-year-old will return to the lineup this weekend. With Josh Donaldson (shoulder) now on the injured list, Gleyber Torres is back at second and hitting third, while Marwin Gonzalez is at third and is batting ninth against Rays left-hander Jeffrey Springs. LeMahieu has been decent so far this year, slashing .250/.329/.375 with three home runs, 17 RBI, 21 runs scored and a steal in 39 games.
