2 years agoBoston Celtics guard Marcus Smart (ankle) is questionable ahead of Sunday's Eastern Conference Finals finale against Miami. Smart has been a continuous presence on the injury report since spraining his right ankle. He didn't play in Game 4. However, after logging only 23 minutes of action in Game 5, the Defensive Player of the Year received 40 minutes on Friday, finishing with 14 points on a rough 4-for-15 shooting from the field (1-for-9 from deep). Nonetheless, it's more than likely Smart will be on the floor for Game 7, especially with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line.
