2 years agoThe Sacramento Kings selected Iowa forward Keegan Murray with the No. 4 pick of the 2022 NBA Draft. With Sacramento's backcourt locked up, the franchise passed on Purdue guard Jaden Ivey. Instead, the team will get Murray, a player who averaged 23.5 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks in 2021-22. He also shot 39.8% from behind the arc. Yet, Murray's inability to take care of the basketball was sometimes an issue, and he also needs to improve defensively. Nonetheless, he has obvious upside, although he may not get consistent playing time throughout most (or all) of his inaugural year.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
