3 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto had five plate appearances in Sunday's 6-4 win over the Texas Rangers and he wound up reaching base on each occasion. He went 1-for-1 with a single, four walks and two runs scored in the game. The 23-year-old has continued to have an underwhelming season overall. He's batting just .171 in June, lowering his season-long batting average to .218.
