2 years agoNew York Yankees first baseman Anthony Rizzo (elbow) was hit by a pitch on his right elbow during Monday's game against the Oakland Athletics. He was removed from the game after the incident. While speaking to the media after the game, Rizzo stated that he expects to play in Tuesday's game. The 32-year-old went 1-for-3 and hit his 20th home run of the year in Monday's contest.
