2 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic has decided to sign a new deal with the organization. He missed two months last season due to a foot injury, but was effective when healthy. That being said, the Blazers have agreed to a four-year $70 million extension with Nurkic. Damian Lillard, Jerami Grant, Anfernee Simons, and Nurkic is a fairly strong start for the Blazers. They'll still need to add more if they plan on being legitimate contenders next season. Nurkic has shown to a reliable big man whenever he is healthy. Fantasy managers should expect him to continue being effective as long as the Blazers don't add another big man to take away his minutes.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
