2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts gave an update on star outfielder Mookie Betts (ribs) on Saturday. He stated that Betts could be activated from the injured list on either Sunday or Monday while adding that the 29-year-old would play second base upon his return. Betts has been out since mid-June due to a rib injury. He's been ramping up his baseball activities over the past week and he will be able to return without a rehab stint. Betts has been fantastic over the first half of the 2022 season. Through 60 games, he's slashed .273/.349/.535 with 17 home runs, six stolen bases, 40 RBI and 53 runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
