Jericho Sims Earns Three-Year Deal With Knicks
2 years agoNew York Knicks center Jericho Sims has been given a three-year contract to remain with the organization, per Shams Charania of The Athletic. Sims was a second-round Draft choice by New York last season, before having appeared in 41 games (five starts). The 23-year-old shot an impressive 72.2 percent from the field in limited minutes, but he made enough of an impression for the Knicks to convert him to a full-time member of their roster. He faces an uphill battle to fantasy relevant playing time with Mitchell Robinson and Isaiah Hartenstein ahead of him on the depth chart, but Sims will be an appealing DFS option when absences limit the New York frontcourt.
