2 years agoHouston Rockets small/power forward Tari Eason recorded a double-double in his first professional action during Thursday's Summer League loss to Orlando. Eason finished with 14 points and 13 rebounds, highlighting how his activity portends well to productivity at the pro level. Despite that, he did struggle from the field to the tune of a 6-for-17 shooting performance, which included going 2-for-9 from long range. Taken with the 17th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, Eason figures to factor into the Rockets' second unit plans to begin the year, where his high motor could result in consistent playing time and solid production.--Jesse Borek
