LEC Matches
SK (+335) vs. XL (-500)
Our first matchup on this Saturday slate features two teams on opposite ends of the standings through eight games. As seen by the betting odds there is not much faith in SK to beat XL. These two teams have the shortest average game time in the league but for different reasons. XL has been dominating teams while SK has been getting stomped. There is almost a 3000 average gold difference at 15 minutes between the teams which tells you all you need to know here. Xl is also claiming neutral jungle objectives at a much higher rate, which will only increase their lead throughout the game. Markoon should be the difference maker in this one in the jungle up against Gillius who has 30% of the SK deaths.
Top XL plays: Patrik, Markoon, Mikyx

MAD (-300) vs. AST (+225)
This looks to be another slate of favorites with the only close-ish games being the final two. Overall AST has looked better than expected, but the same can be said for MAD who has a more talented roster. Nisqy and Elyoya have done a great job roaming the map together and have been quite successful finding picks on mispositioned laners. This has allowed MAD to have the highest gold difference at 15 minutes in the league and AST is in the bottom 4. While that doesn't guarantee a win, finding early advantages is obviously what you are hoping for in a game of League of Legends.
Top MAD plays: Unforgiven, Nisqy, Elyoya, Kaiser
BDS (+500) vs. RGE (-900)
This game has the gap in betting odds and for good reason. Much like SK and XL, BDS and RGE are on opposite ends of the standings. Not much analysis is needed here, RGE should have no trouble winning this one. My only caution is that the kill totals could be lower than some of the other matchups as RGE excels in the macro game rather than pilling on the kills.
Top RGE plays: Everyone

MSF (+190) vs. G2 (-260)
Stacking against MSF has been a successful strategy this summer split. G2 is my favorite team stack of the slate, but they should come with heavy ownership. G2 leads the league in kills and MSF leads the league in deaths, these two teams also have the two highest combined kills per minute numbers. During spring we saw this matchup have some of the highest kill totals in the entire split.
Top MSF plays: Vetheo, Neon
Top G2 plays: Caps, BrokenBlade, Targamas, Jankos, Flakked
VIT (+142) vs. FNC (-186)
The final game of the weekend is the "coinflip" game of the slate based on betting odds. If you have been following my articles you know I don't think VIT is very good. I do like FNC stacks in this one but I prefer G2 and MAD if you can make it work. The schedule this week for VIT is a tough one as they have to face RGE and FNC who are both tied for first going into the weekend.
If VIT is going to win this one it is going to be through the jungle and mid-lane making Haru and Perkz my top choices on the VIT side.
Top VIT plays: Haru, Perkz
Top FNC plays: Upset, Hylissang, Razork
Summary
- GPP Stacks: FNC/XL/G2/MAD
- Cash Stacks: G2/RGE/MAD
Good luck tomorrow RotoBallers!
