2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (leg) is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against right-hander Sonny Gray and the Minnesota Twins. This comes as little surprise as the team is likely to be cautious with the oft-injured slugger. Jimenez was removed from Wednesday's game due to right leg tightness. We haven't gotten any word yet in regards to the severity of the injury, so he should be considered day-to-day for now. On the bright side, White Sox manager Tony La Russa stated that he didn't believe Jimenez re-injured his hamstring on Wednesday -- Jimenez had recently missed over two months due to a right hamstring strain.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
