2 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Marcus Semien had a strong day at the plate in the team's 6-5 loss to the Seattle Mariners on Thursday. He went 3-for-4 with three singles, a walk and a run scored. After a rough first couple months of the year, Semien has settled in nicely. He posted an .849 OPS in June and he's slashed .296/.356/.593 so far in July, lifting his season-long slash line to .241/.299/.399. He's already achieved a career-high in stolen bases with 16 and he's added 12 home runs, 42 RBI and 49 runs as well.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
