Kenyan Drake To Play "Significant" Role In Rotation
2 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Kenyan Drake "will play a significant role in the rotation" this season, according to Tashan Reed of The Athletic. Drake suffered a broken right ankle in Week 13 of the 2021-22 campaign and had surgery in December. However, he was cleared for training camp and continues to work his way back into shape. Nonetheless, with Drake and Josh Jacobs expected to share snaps out of the backfield this season, both men likely won't be consistent fantasy producers. Yet, with Jacobs having trouble staying healthy over the years, Drake has a chance to be more involved, which should positively impact fantasy managers. The 28-year-old is a proven runner, racking up 29 touchdowns on the ground throughout his career, and his ability to catch passes will give him even more appeal in PPR formats.
