7 years agoWashington Wizards small forward Kelly Oubre Jr. scored 26 points on 9-for-14 shooting in Friday night's win against the Detroit Pistons, marking his seventh consecutive double-digit scoring effort. The third-year forward has been impressive over that stretch, averaging 16.3 points on 57.4 percent from the field and 52.6 percent from three-point range. Oubre has also grabbed five rebounds in all but one of those games, however, his breakout offensively has resulted in a decrease of his defensive numbers. Oubre is averaging a measly 0.6 steals and 0.1 blocks across that same stretch of seven games. Oubre is not expected to score this much on a daily basis, but his threes should remain steady, while his increasing steals numbers should make him a solid 12-team league pickup.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
