Wayne Selden Has A Career Night Against Former Team
7 years agoMemphis Grizzlies shooting guard Wayne Selden went off on Saturday, scoring a career-high 31 points against the New Orleans Pelicans in a 111-104 loss. Selden logged 27 minutes off the bench and shot 11-for-16, including 5-for-7 from behind the arc. The 23-year-old was perfect from the line with his four attempts and also had two rebounds and two assists. It was a classic revenge game, as Selden started his NBA career last season with the Pelicans. Selden has mostly ridden the bench this season, but he's broken into the rotation in January, averaging 14.1 minutes per game.
