DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (2/6/18): NBA DFS Lineups

FanDuel DraftKings daily fantasy basketball

Happy Tuesday, RotoBallers. We get another great Tuesday slate with eight games including some awesome, fast-paced matchups. We don't have all of the totals as of writing this early Tuesday morning, but we have enough to know that there should be plenty to target. As always, expect some injury news to change things up throughout the day up until 7:00 EST.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/6/18. I'll break down some of my favorite plays at each position based on their prices compared to their projected production. I'll also identify some GPP plays to consider at each of the three positions as well.

As always, hit me up on Twitter @BellRoto with any questions or comments you have. I'm always open to NBA DFS banter. Let's do this!

DraftKings DFS Guards

Russell Westbrook - PG, @ GSW ($11,500)

Your "stud" choices ($11,000 or higher) consist of players like Russell Westbrook, James Harden, LeBron James, and Giannis Antetokounmpo. I just don't see a way that any of the other three outscore Westbrook in an uptempo game in Golden State. The last time Westbrook played ex-teammate Durant and company, he sported a 44% usage rate and fell one assist shy of a triple double... he still managed a mere 67 DK points. I think you just have to start with the vengeful Westbrook in every lineup and work from there. If one of these other studs chooses tonight to post an 80+ DK point game, I'll tip my cap and move on.

Andrew Harrison - PG/SG, @ ATL ($5,000)

Andrew Harrison is not the $4k player he was a week ago, but with Tyreke Evans still on the shelf until after the trade deadline this is his point guard job to lose. Mario Chalmers returned and only played 18 minutes last game, and while I suppose that number could increase, I still think we can safely project Harrison for 30 minutes or so. He's not a player that's afraid to shoot the rock, and his usage rate should rise above 20% again in this one. Factor in the ideal matchup againts Dennis Schroder and Atlanta, and you have yourself a fine play in all formats.

Other Guards to Consider: Eric Bledsoe, Mario Hezonja, Tyler Ulis

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Brandon Ingram - SG/SF, vs. PHO ($6,900)

I don't love the price points of these two forwards I'm about to mention, but they are the best of a really tightly priced bunch. Brandon Ingram has the most minutes security on the Lakers, but that's not saying much. Really though, he should play 35 minutes in a fast-paced game, and he has all the raw ability in the world. I can see him getting 25, and I can see him getting 45, so let's just hope some easy transition buckets push him towards the latter.

Josh Jackson - SG/SF, @ LAL ($5,900)

Josh Jackson is another wing player that has seen a price bump recently. With Devin Booker out again on Tuesday, Jackson will likely shoulder a heavier load on offense, and have a chance to reach value in a good matchup despite his inflated price tag. The bad news is that a poor shooting night could result in a 3x performance, or even worse. All things considered, I like his upside enough to pick him out of a tough forward pool.

Other Forwards to Consider: Enes Kanter, Jerami Grant, Channing Frye (Yeah, it's that bad)

DraftKings DFS Centers

Jonas Valanciunas - C, vs. BOS ($5,500)

It appears as though Jonas Valanciunas is out of the dog house once again. He hasn't played less than 23 minutes in any of his past seven games, and he's played upwards of 28 and 29 some nights. While that doesn't sound like a lot, his per-minute production speaks for itself. He hasn't scored less than 29.5 DK points in any of those seven games, and he's put up 45 and 60 point efforts. The upside is undeniable, and JoVal is finally showing some semblance of a cash game floor. I like him in all formats in a game in which Toronto should try to establish their big man early and often.

Other Centers to Consider: Steven Adams, Jarrett Allen
