7 years agoHouston Rockets power forward Ryan Anderson played only nine minutes in Tuesday's win over Brooklyn, failing to score with his only field goal attempt. He sprained his right ankle and Mike D'Antoni decided to not play him after that, though the Rockets head coach admitted after the game that the injury wasn't serious at all and he could've used Anderson if he wanted to. Whilst Anderson clearly got injured, the trade deadline is also coming up, and it's possible Houston wanted to protect their asset. It's no secret that the team has tried to trade Anderson for a while. He's listed questionable for Wednesday's tilt with Miami.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
