7 years agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Rodney Hood scored 15 points in his Cavaliers debut and proved to be the exact security valve the Cavaliers needed off the bench. There’s a chance he could be bumped to the starting lineup, but until then he will be posting modest stat lines that are mainly points. Hood will be given his opportunities every game, but he is not a strong passer and tends to get selfish with his shot selection. The Thunder defense struggles against opposing power forwards and shooting guards, so Hood has upside. Unfortunately, like most shooters, it all depends on if he is hitting on that particular night. Expect some frustration when it comes to the Cavaliers fantasy relevance because James will be hogging all the assists and the rest of team will be let to go after points and rebounds.--Jake King-Finnen - RotoBaller
