Bradley Beal's Second-Half Fantasy Outlook
7 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal is in the midst of a career year and is poised to continue his success in the second half of the regular season. Beal is averaging career highs in points, assists, rebounds and steals this season and is coming off his first All-Star appearance. Teammate John Wall (knee) is still expected to be out through at least mid-March, giving Beal the reigns to the team until then. Beal is sporting a 26.5 percent usage rate since Wall underwent knee surgery, which is actually down from his season average of 28.2 percent. However, over the same span, Beal has averaged 6.4 assists and 1.8 steals, both of which are higher than his season averages. Despite a lower usage rate, Beal should continue to see increased production in supporting stats while also continuing to average above the 20-point threshold.
