7 years agoChicago Bulls center Robin Lopez won't play in the team's first post All-Star break game on Thursday. K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports that it is head coach Fred Hoiberg's decision to sit Lopez, who had started every game this season for the Bulls. In his absence, expect Cristiano Felicio to play major minutes, but don't expect much of a fantasy impact. If any player in the Chicago front court is worth fantasy consideration in this game, it would be Lauri Markkanen, who projects to be the only big man on the team with enough of an offensive game to succeed against the 76ers.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
