7 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Michael Kopech knows that developing a third pitch in addition to his fastball and slider can be a difference maker. This spring the right-hander has been working on his changeup, as it could be huge for his development. Kopech said he’s feeling more comfortable with the pitch, which he hopes to use in Monday’s start. Kopech is one of the top pitching prospects in all of baseball but is likely to start the season in Triple-A. With starter Carlos Rodon (shoulder) likely to miss most of the first half, Kopech’s biggest competition will be starting pitcher Carson Fulmer. Kopech should be owned in all dynasty and keeper leagues and is a very strong stash in mixed leagues, as he should be up in 2018.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
