7 years agoWashington Wizards forward/center Markieff Morris showed his offensive versatility Friday night against the Charlotte Hornets. Morris posted 13 points, eight assists, six rebounds and one three-pointer in 27 minutes. The eight assists were easily a season high, as Morris hasn't had more than five in a game this season. Morris has really picked up his play with John Wall (knee) out and should continue his recent improvements after a slow start to the season. Washington will host defensive stalwart Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. The 76ers are second in the league in defensive rating against opposing bigs, so Morris would not be a recommended play for Sunday's DFS slate.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
