7 years agoOklahoma City Thunder forward Carmelo Anthony had an uneventful night against the Phoenix Suns on Thursday. Anthony, who played just 26 minutes, scored only 11 points on 4-for-11 shooting from the field and 3-for-7 from downtown. Along with teammates Russell Westbrook and Paul George, the veteran saw a reduction in his time on the floor as a result of the insurmountable lead that the Thunder had towards the latter part of the contest. He will have a less than favorable matchup against the Spurs on Saturday, a team that is allowing only 16.8 points to opposing power forwards per game this season.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
