Cameron Payne Leads Bulls In Scoring
7 years agoChicago Bulls guard Cameron Payne led his team in scoring during Friday night’s loss to the Detroit Pistons. Payne came off the bench and played 23 minutes, scoring a team-high 17 points on 6-for-10 shooting from the field. He also made four of six shots from behind the arc and recorded two steals to round things out. Head coach Fred Hoiberg has been inconsistent with his rotations as of late, but Payne will likely emerge as a value play in DFS contests when the Bulls meet with the equally unimpressive Atlanta Hawks on Sunday. Look for Payne to continue to see minutes in the 20s with a slight increase if guards Jerian Grant and Justin Holiday are both held out.
