Carlos Rodon To Throw Side Session
7 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (shoulder) will throw a side session on Thursday. The left-hander is recovering from arthroscopic surgery on his pitching shoulder and is expected to miss most of the first half. Rodon has always had potential and provides a good amount of strikeouts for owners, but health has been an issue in recent years. He makes for a good stash for owners who have the room. Carson Fulmer will take Rodon’s spot in the rotation to open the season but has struggled, and top pitching prospect Michael Kopech could be up sooner than later. Fulmer can be avoided to start the 2018 season in standard formats, while Kopech is a strong stash and should be able to help fantasy owners in 2018.
