7 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons took a secondary role on offense in Thursday night's rout of the Orlando Magic. Simmons only scored six points on 3-for-4 shooting, but posted 11 rebounds and 10 assists for his 30th double-double of the season. The Australian rookie has been dominant in his first year and continues to fill out the stat sheet on a daily basis. Simmons should feast again when the Sixers face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday. The Timberwolves are bottom-five in defensive rating this season and give up the most offensive rebounds to opposing guards, leaving another opportunity for Simmons to attack the glass.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
