7 years agoDallas Mavericks forward/center Dirk Nowitzki (knee) could rest against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday. Nowitzki is dealing with tendinitis in his left knee. He continues to battle through it, but the Mavs may elect to rest the veteran in a back-to-back set. Head coach Rick Carlisle said on Monday that he expects Dirk to play in both games, but who knows with the Mavs tanking so hard.
