7 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point guard/shooting guard Lou Williams scored 23 points against the Portland Trailblazers in a nine point loss. Williams did his thing by shooting 10-of-22 from the floor but was unable to connect from deep going 0-of-2 from beyond the arc. He did throw in three rebounds and three assists while chipping in a block and only one turnover. The Clippers are fighting for a playoff spot and Williams will play an integral part in their outcome being their leading scorer and go to man down the stretch. Expect Williams to have a strong finish to the campaign with the Clippers still having six games left on the slate.--Gianni Costantiello
