7 years agoMemphis Grizzlies shooting guard MarShon Brooks has now played two games this season for the Grizzlies after Friday's loss to the Jazz. He's averaging 22.5 points per game and shooting 85.7 percent from three; in Friday's game, he scored 24 points and went 8-for-13 from the field. How do we explain Brooks? Is it that the Grizzlies are so devoid of NBA level talent that Brooks can come back into the league after three seasons off and be their best offensive player? We'll get to see if this can continue on Sunday against the Trail Blazers, who hold opponents to 36.6 percent shooting from deep. The sample size might be too small to extrapolate meaningful data from; Brooks is a fantasy risk despite his recent play.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
