7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Jimmy Butler (knee) is expected to return to the rotation on Friday versus the Los Angeles Lakers. Butler was active for Thursday's contest against the Denver Nuggets, but head coach Tom Thibodeau said he thought it was "best to wait another day." The Wolves desperately need to win, so they don't find themselves out of the playoff picture. It's unclear whether or not Butler will have any minute restrictions on Friday.
