7 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Bartolo Colon carried a perfect game into the eighth inning on Sunday night against the Astros. He gave up a walk and a hit to the first two hitters in the eighth and his superb outing ended in a no-decision. Colon struck out seven, giving up one hit and one walk across 7 2/3 IP. He has made two starts in 2018, pitching 13 2/3 innings with 11 strikeouts, eight hits, two walks and two earned runs in those starts. With Doug Fister on the disabled list, Colon should have a rotation spot for now. His start to the season has made him a good streaming option next week with a start in Seattle.--Ben Rolfe
