7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns had a miserable performance offensively on Sunday night. Towns played 40 minutes in the 104-101 loss to the Rockets, but was not effective, finishing Game 1 with only eight points on just nine shots. He did manage to salvage his shoddy scoring output by pulling down 12 boards and recording a block, but overall, it wasn’t a good night for the All-Star. With head coach Tom Thibodeau indicating his displeasure with Towns’ activity level in this one, he will likely come out hot for Game 2, making him an enticing DFS option on Wednesday.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
