7 years agoTexas Rangers infielder Jurickson Profar remains out of the lineup Wednesday after suffering a concussion Monday. Profar has been placed in the concussion protocol but has not gone on the 7-day disabled list. The Rangers are continuing with Isiah Kiner-Falefa at shortstop. Shortstop is one of the positions Kiner-Falefa has the least experience at, so the fact the Rangers are making do with him there suggests we may see Profar avoid the DL and be back sooner than expected. Profar will have plenty of opportunities at shortstop with Elvis Andrus out and is someone who should be stashed in AL-only and deep mixed leagues.--Ben Rolfe
