7 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Matt Moore faces off against the Oakland Athletics on Monday in Arlington. Coming off his best start of the season in Tampa Bay -- six strikeouts and zero earned runs in seven innings -- may make him a potential starter in some leagues. However, Moore, who has a 5.59 ERA and 15 strikeouts in 19 1/3 innings this season, faces a tough opponent. This season, the Athletics rank second in batting average, third in slugging percentage and fourth in on-base percentage, runs and home runs.
