7 years agoWashington Wizards center Marcin Gortat recorded a double-double in Game 5 on Wednesday night versus the Toronto Raptors. Gortat scored 10 points, going 4-for-9 from the floor, with 12 rebounds. For the series so far, Gortat has shot 60 percent from the field, so in the limited chances Gortat gets, he usually converts. The player primarily defending Gortat is Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas, who has a 103.1 defensive rating in the playoffs, so Gortat's production Wednesday was surprising.
