7 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard DeMar DeRozan had an outstanding performance in Game 5 versus the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night. DeRozan scored 32 points, shooting 12-for-24 from the floor, with three of those made baskets coming from three-point range. DeRozan also had five assists and two boards. So far this playoffs, DeRozan has averaged 28.8 points, five assists and 3.6 rebounds per outing. The Wizards in the playoffs have been giving up 110.6 points per contest, which is higher than the 106 points per game the Wizards gave up in the regular season, so the Raptors are taking it to the Wizards defense. The next outing for the Raptors and DeRozan is Friday night in Washington for Game 6.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
