7 years agoJustin Rose has elected to play the Fort Worth Invitational at Colonial this week, something he has not done in recent years. He typically takes a break after the Players Championship before returning for the U.S. Open, though he has played the Memorial a few times as well. It may be a smart move for Rose, who is having one of his best seasons ever. Thus far he has made all nine of his cuts with a win and four top-10 finishes and has only finished outside the top 25 twice. He has to be considered one of the favorites this week.--cmangano
